The user (hereinafter also "User or Users") who accesses the Site, even if only by browsing its web pages, or uses its services declares to accept the General Conditions.
The General Conditions are applicable to all Services and contents, current or future, provided by the Site, unless otherwise provided for at the time of registration or the first supply of the new Service. Some Services, in any case governed by the General Conditions, may also be subject to particular conditions and terms, which will be communicated to Users before using them.
The premises form an integral part of the General Conditions.
Terms and conditions for using the Services
To take advantage of some Services, at the time of registration, the User must complete the profile creation form by fully accepting these General Conditions. The personal data provided by the User will be treated in compliance with and in the manner established by Legislative Decree. 196/2003 on the protection of privacy, information on which is provided in the registration form.
The User can use a pseudonym or a nickname to which his true identity is associated, which must be provided in order to be eventually communicated to the Judicial Authority in the cases provided for by law.
The User's right to use the Services is personal and non-transferable. The User undertakes not to resell or make other commercial use of the Services provided by Sosesg.
The User is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of the password assigned to him during registration together with a user ID, and declares to indemnify and hold Sosesg harmless from any claim or demand from any party deriving from the use or abuse of the Services performed by third parties through the use of the password assigned to the User.
The User undertakes to use the Services exclusively for lawful purposes and in any case in compliance with the provisions of the law. The User declares to indemnify and hold Sosesg harmless from any claims or demands of third parties deriving from the use or abuse of the Services.
Sosesg reserves the right to verify, at any time and without notice, at its discretion, compliance with the General Conditions by the User, reserving the right to interrupt definitively and without notice the provision of the Services to the individual User in the case these:
- has not provided true and correct personal data;
- uses or has used the Services for purposes or in ways that are illegal or that in any case are deemed by Sosesg to be incompatible with the nature of the Services provided (such as, by way of example but not limited to, the transmission and/or exchange of viruses; the sending or dissemination of advertising personal; chain mail or for pyramid schemes; spamming or junk mailing practices; transmission and/or exchange and/or disclosure of illicit material or in any case of racist, libelous or defamatory, threatening, vulgar, obscene content);
- violates or has violated the General Conditions or the particular terms and conditions applicable to a Service.
The user can at any time request the cancellation of the account by accessing the site and using the appropriate contact form located in the menu at the bottom of the page.
Suspension or Termination of Services
Sosesg reserves the right to suspend or interrupt, even definitively (with possible definitive closure of the same), at any time and without notice, the provision of the Services and even of a single service, as well as the right to permanently remove or modify any content or information on the Site at any time.
Sosesg reserves the right to interrupt the Services due to the need for maintenance or updating of its own computer systems or those of third-party suppliers.
Sosesg declines all responsibility for any possible damage, loss, claim for compensation deriving directly or indirectly from, or in any way connected to the interruption of the Services, even if deriving from black-outs or server failures by Sosesg or third parties Sosesg suppliers.
Sosesg declines all responsibility for damages, claims or losses, direct or indirect, deriving from the User due to the failure and/or malfunctioning of the User's or third party's electronic equipment, of telephone and/or telematic connections not managed directly by the same or from its suppliers.
